Lisa Hanson and Heather Kempskie know all about sibling interation. The two women from Bellingham are each mothers of two children and happen to be identical twin sisters themselves. Together they have penned "The Siblings Busy Book." compiling over 200 different activities for siblings of different ages to do together. The two authors will be stopping by at The Children's Museum in Easton on Friday April 24 to demonstrate some of the featured activities in the book. Their visit will be fun for children and parents alike who get to try new and exciting sibling oriented activities.
The Children's Museum in Easton is a fantastic place for siblings to play, learn and explore together, no matter the age difference. While some people think that the museum may only be for very young children, we do have activities for the "big kids" too. The FETCH! Lab is perfect for older siblings to try some fun science activities while the little guy is busy playing in the golf ball raceway. Often older siblings will have fun showing their younger brothers and sisters how to use some of their favorite exhibits.
